Cyndi Soun Yi is a licensed esthetician, patient care coordinator and office manager who has been with the practice for over 16 years. Her chief goal is to help patients through every step on their journey to attaining their goals. She has a vast knowledge about not only surgical techniques, but also of the skin itself and how to utilize the correct ingredients to attain the best outcome possible. Her dedication to the practice has enabled her to build strong and lasting relationships with not only our wonderful patients but our sales representatives as well. This is a key factor in allowing our practice to flourish and provide the best possible treatments for our patients at the most competitive fees. Her many years of experience in the cosmetic surgery field also enable her to effectively make suggestions regarding all ancillary procedures such as Botox, fillers and laser treatments. Cheryl Cook – Front Office Coordinator & Patient Coordinator
Cheryl Cook is the first face you see when visiting our office. As a patient care coordinator, her goal is to ensure that every patient receives exceptional service and care. She takes time to understand patient goals and expectations to make sure your cosmetic needs are met. Her knowledge of surgical procedures and cosmetic treatments allows her to guide you in the right direction, whether it be meeting our nurse, Alla, or a consultation with Dr. Kim. Cheryl will give you general overviews of the procedure you are interested in, discuss fees, and will help you schedule surgical procedures and non-surgical procedures.
